TIFFANY STEVENS, Chief Executive Officer
Tiffany is the founder and Chief Executive Officer of Progressive Rehab Solutions (2017). Tiffany has over 25 years’ experience as an executive in the healthcare industry. During this time she has created and implemented clinical strategies to improve patient functional outcomes and partnered with customers for the overall business success. She has an M.A. in Speech Pathology and is certified Speech Language Pathologist. She believes in value-based care that focuses on the patient and their individual functional goals within rehabilitation. As a leader in the healthcare industry, Tiffany aspires to separate Progressive Rehab Solutions from others by constantly seeking opportunities to improve through education and frequent conferences to stay up to date on the fluid changes in long term care.
BROC PARKER, Chief Operating Officer
Broc brings over 10 years of proven healthcare experience with care management, business development and healthcare analytics. His focus in the healthcare industry is providing clinical, fiscal, and strategic operational leadership. Spanning the continuum of care and overseeing multiple clinical services and as well as day to day operations.
TYLER OGLESBY, VICE PRESIDENT – BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT
Tyler brings over 15 years of successful experience in the health care industry focusing on therapy with implementing patient programs and understanding partners’ needs, as well as providing fiscal and strategic operational leadership. Tyler is committed to interfacing with partners to identify and implement strategies that will strengthen the outcome for patients and facilities.
TRAE TUCKER, EXECUTIVE REHAB COORDINATOR
Trae received dual degrees in Business Management and Interpersonal/Public Communications from the University of Missouri-Kansas City. Trae has work experience in New York City & Los Angeles working within the public relations and human relations sectors. Trae joined the Progressive family and now does all the PR, HR and marketing work for the company. Trae’s passion, personality and communication matches perfectly with Progressive and long term healthcare. We are extremely excited to have him as part of the family!
