With over 15 years of experience in healthcare, Broc brings a strong background in care management, business development, and data-driven performance analytics. In his role, Broc is instrumental in designing and optimizing systems that elevate clinical outcomes, operational efficiency, and overall patient care. He is known for fostering a collaborative, high-performance culture while continuously evolving organizational strategies to meet the demands of a dynamic healthcare landscape. Broc’s leadership spans the full continuum of care, where he provides clinical, financial, and operational oversight. He is deeply engaged in both big-picture strategy and day-to-day execution, ensuring alignment between organizational goals and frontline performance. Brian Stout is an Area Vice President of Progressive Rehab Solutions. Brian received his Associate of Science in Physical Therapy Assisting degree from Our Lady of the Lake College in Baton Rouge over 14 years ago. Brian’s priority is to continue advancing patient care and outcomes across all our South Louisiana facilities. With over 10 years of leadership experience, he is committed to building high-performing teams, nurturing talent, and cultivating a culture of innovation and accountability. He enjoys collaborating closely with other healthcare leaders to align therapy services with organizational objectives.

Spencer MacDonald is an Area Vice President of Progressive Rehab Solutions. Spencer is an Air Force veteran with over 12 years of healthcare and management experience. He provides in-depth knowledge, guidance, and support for facilities in North Louisiana and Texas. He works alongside our team to endorse change, resolve issues, and ensures any adjustments are effectively implemented and monitored appropriately. Spencer also works closely with facilities leadership to ensure the highest standards of care are provided to our patients. Spencer strives to promote clinical excellence while achieving the best outcomes for our patients.

Whitney Girouard serves as the Area Vice President for the North Louisiana Region and East Texas. A lifelong resident of North Louisiana, she is passionate about improving the health and well-being of the communities she serves. Whitney earned both her bachelor’s and master’s degrees from the University of Louisiana at Monroe. She practiced as a Speech-Language Pathologist for 13 years, providing compassionate care to patients throughout North Louisiana before transitioning into healthcare leadership. Her clinical expertise, dedication to excellence, and commitment to serving others continue to guide her leadership as she supports teams and advances quality care across North Louisiana and East Texas.

Lynda Munoz is the Human Resources Manager of Progressive Rehab Solutions. Lynda works alongside the executive team to ensure the company’s goals and objectives are met and the quality of service and care is maintained. She coordinates and performs complex activities relating to the daily operations of the company, specifically in human resources, supply chain management, marketing and more. She collaborates with other departments to facilitate communication and streamline processes. Lynda is committed to enhancing employee experiences and contributing to the success of the organization.

Kyla Wright is the Human Resources Generalist at Progressive Rehab Solutions. She partners with leaders to drive continuous improvement initiatives that strengthen processes and support the organization’s ongoing growth. Kyla is passionate about building efficient HR systems, fostering a positive workplace culture, and supporting both employees and leaders in their success. She is committed to maintaining an organized and compliant workplace that reflects Progressive Rehab Solutions’ mission and values.

Trevor Person is the Executive Assistant at Progressive Rehab Solutions. He provides administrative support to the executive team while managing a variety of company-wide initiatives, including internal communications, marketing, social media, purchasing, and special projects. Trevor works closely with leadership to improve organizational processes, support day-to-day operations, and ensure teams have the resources they need to succeed.
