Broc Parker is the Chief Operating Officer of Progressive Rehab Solutions. Broc brings over 10 years of proven healthcare experience with care management, business development and healthcare analytics. Broc plays a valuable role in developing and improving Progressive Rehab systems to deliver premier medical treatment. His ideologies remain ever evolving, creating a productive and collaborative working environment. His focus in the healthcare industry is providing clinical fiscal, and strategic operational leadership. He is spanning the continuum of care and overseeing multiple clinical services all while managing the day to day operations.

Brian Stout is an Area Vice President of Progressive Rehab Solutions. Brian received his Associate of Science in Physical Therapy Assisting degree from Our Lady of the Lake College in Baton Rouge over 14 years ago. Brian’s priority is to continue advancing patient care and outcomes across all our South Louisiana facilities. With over 10 years of leadership experience, he is committed to building high-performing teams, nurturing talent, and cultivating a culture of innovation and accountability. He enjoys collaborating closely with other healthcare leaders to align therapy services with organizational objectives.

Spencer MacDonald is an Area Vice President of Progressive Rehab Solutions. Spencer is an Air Force veteran with over 12 years of healthcare and management experience. He provides in-depth knowledge, guidance, and support for facilities in North Louisiana and Texas. He works alongside our team to endorse change, resolve issues, and ensures any adjustments are effectively implemented and monitored appropriately. Spencer also works closely with facilities leadership to ensure the highest standards of care are provided to our patients. Spencer strives to promote clinical excellence while achieving the best outcomes for our patients.

Lynda Munoz is the Executive Rehab Coordinator of Progressive Rehab Solutions. Lynda works alongside the executive team to ensure the company’s goals and objectives are met and the quality of service and care is maintained. She coordinates and performs complex activities relating to the daily operations of the company, specifically in human resources, supply chain management, marketing and more. She collaborates with other departments to facilitate communication and streamline processes. Lynda is committed to enhancing employee experiences and contributing to the success of the organization.
